Special order items require a 50% deposit, are not eligible for the student discount, and may not be returned. Layaway and gift storage available.
Return Policy
Rocketeria allows most items to be returned for exchange or refund within 3 days of purchase. Some items, including books, DVDs, magazines, and microphones, are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Items sealed in plastic packaging such as strings and reeds may be returned under the above policies as long as they have not been opened. A 3% return fee applies to items $50 and
over that are returned for refund.
