TUITION, FEES & DISCOUNTS:

  • All lessons must be paid for in advance.
  • Payment for lessons is due in full regardless of attendance. Exceptions are at the discretion of the management.
  • Tuition is payable only via credit card on file.
  • Should your card on file decline for any reason, we will send a courtesy email. Tuitions not paid by the first of the month will be subject to a $15 late fee. Our returned check fee is $35.
  • Tuition for months with holiday closings will be pro-rated.
  1. WEEKLY students pay $41 per 30-minute private lesson, times the number of scheduled days per month. In other words, your monthly tuition varies according to "your" day-of-the-week; some months' tuition may be for 3, 4 or 5 days, for a monthly total of $123, $164, or $205. You are responsible for awareness of your monthly total.
  2. WEEKLY students' tuition is charged during the last week of the month and pays for the upcoming month in full, regardless of planned or unplanned student absences. You are pre-paying for the month, and reserving your day, time and teacher.
  3. WEEKLY students may purchase ADD-ON lessons (which are in addition to their regular weekly lesson with their regular teacher only) on an ad hoc basis, for $31 per 30-minute private lesson. ADD-ON lessons can also be reserved on a regularly scheduled weekly basis, by way of pre-payment for the month in advance, in conjunction with your tuition, subject to the same rules and restrictions as WEEKLY lessons.
  4. WEEKLY students' tuition is charged monthly on a continuous basis until notice of cancellation is received per the terms below
  5. WEEKLY students' tuition is payable only via credit card on file. Please refer to our credentials for details on your data security.
  6. WEEKLY students pay a one-time $25.00 registration fee per student ($50.00 maximum per family) upon enrollment, $15 if a returning student (after an absence of 12 months or less). This fee reserves your teacher, day and time on a continuous basis and covers costs for schedule changes, as described below.
  7. WEEKLY students' tuition is due for a full month, at the time of enrollment. If enrolling mid-month (defined as after the 15th), payment will be collected for the remainder of the month, plus the next full month.
  8. WEEKLY students are entitled to a 5% Family Discount on tuition when 2 or more immediate family members are enrolled as WEEKLY students.
  9. WEEKLY students receive a 10% Student Discount on most purchases at Rocketeria (exclusions and limitations apply).
  10. PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) and GROUP lesson students are not entitled to the Student Discount.
  11. PAYG students' lessons are $44 per 30-minute private lesson and must be paid for in full in advance to reserve the time. PAYG lessons cannot be rescheduled and are not eligible for refund. There is no registration fee.
  12. GROUP lessons are $31 per person (2 to 6 people) and must be paid for in full in advance to reserve the time. Group lessons cannot be rescheduled and are not eligible for a refund. There is no registration fee.

TO DISCONTINUE/RE-REGISTER

  1. To discontinue, submit written notice by the 20th of the month, for the month to come. For example, if you wish to stop taking lessons in the month of July, we must receive written notice by June 20.
  2. Such written notice must be given to a Rocketeria counter staff member (NOT the student's teacher) or sent by email to lessons@rocketeria.biz
  3. We assume that all WEEKLY students will continue lessons each month and tuition will continue to be charged until written notice is received by the 20th of the month.
  4. Verbal cancellations are not valid and tuition will continue to be charged until written notice is received.
  5. Should you miss the cancellation deadline and tuition has already been charged, funds are non-refundable but will remain as store credit on your account, with no expiration.
  6. Students who re-register within 12 months of stopping lessons are charged a $15.00 re-activation fee. If more than 12 months have passed since the termination of the lessons, the standard $25.00 registration fee applies.
